• Tea seems to be very high quality, tastes great
• Tapioca Pearls + Tea Jelly is delicious, and seems to be fresh.
• Orders are made quickly

Cons

• Seems fairly under-staffed, single self-order Kiosk. Often need to wait to order since staff are busy making drinks
• Seating area is very limited, not a good place to come and hang out
• Store is often hot/humid, and smells a bit strange with all the different things being made.

Overall

Teazzi's very high quality tea and drinks make up for the lack of seating and poor ventilation. Definitely would recommend checking it out!
